What plans does Cornerstone offer?

Cornerstone offers four plans: Billing Pro, Service Pro, Lifecycle Pro, and Enterprise. The first three are fixed-price tiers; Enterprise is custom-priced based on your specific needs. Each plan includes 100% automated RMR billing.

What is included in Billing Pro ($197/mo)?

Billing Pro is the entry-level plan at $197/month with a 200 Account Minimum. It includes 100% Automated RMR Billing, 2 Desktop Users, CRM Software, a White-labeled Payment Portal, Full Reporting Suite, and Rate Increase Tools.

What is included in Service Pro ($547/mo)?

Service Pro is $547/month (or $347/month with Billing Automation) and includes everything in Billing Pro plus expanded service management capabilities. It provides 5 Desktop Users, 3 Mobile App Users, Service Management, Service Analytics, Scheduling Calendar, Inventory Tracking, Mobile Tech App, Time Cards, Central Station Integrations, Multicompany Management, and 5G Document Storage.

⚠️ Important: Service Pro requires a 200 Account Minimum. The discounted rate of $347/month applies when paired with Billing Automation.

What is included in Lifecycle Pro ($697/mo)?

Lifecycle Pro is $697/month (or $497/month with Billing Automation) and combines both Billing and Service Pro plans into one comprehensive solution. It includes 7 Desktop Users, 5 Mobile App Users, Proposal Tools, Collections Module, and Live Customer Support.

What does the Enterprise plan include?

Enterprise is custom-priced and built around your company's specific requirements. It includes your choice of Desktop Users and App Users, Customized Service Features, Custom Onboarding, In-Depth Integration Work, and White Glove Support.
