Filtering Active Recurring Charges

Overview

We now have a filter for viewing 'active only' recurring charges. This feature helps reduce screen clutter and allows you to focus on current, active charges.


How It Works

Default View

When you open Recurring Charges, by default, you will see ALL recurring charges, including:

  • Active recurring charges
  • Recurring charges with Stop Dates (inactive charges)

Filtered View

By clicking the 'Show Only Active' checkbox, you will only be viewing the ACTIVE/OPEN recurring charges.


Benefits

Using the 'Show Only Active' filter provides several advantages:

  • Reduced Clutter - Eliminates inactive charges from your view
  • Improved Focus - Concentrates on current, billable charges
  • Faster Navigation - Easier to find and manage active recurring revenue
  • Cleaner Interface - Particularly helpful for accounts with multiple stopped charges


When to Use This Filter

The 'Show Only Active' filter is especially useful when:

  • You have accounts with a history of many recurring charges
  • You need to quickly review current billing items
  • You want to focus on active revenue without distraction from historical charges
  • You're updating or verifying current recurring charges


How to Access

  1. Navigate to the Recurring Charges screen
  2. Locate the 'Show Only Active' checkbox at the top of the screen
  3. Check the box to filter for active charges only
  4. Uncheck the box to return to the default view showing all charges
