Filtering Active Recurring Charges

Modified on Wed, 6 May at 3:28 PM

Overview

This article explains how to use the Show Only Active filter on the Recurring Charges screen. This feature helps reduce screen clutter and allows you to focus on current, active charges — particularly useful for accounts with a long history of recurring charges.

How It Works

Default View

When you open Recurring Charges, by default you will see ALL recurring charges, including both active recurring charges and recurring charges with Stop Dates (inactive charges).

Filtered View

By clicking the 'Show Only Active' checkbox, you will only see ACTIVE/OPEN recurring charges. Charges with Stop Dates will be hidden from view.

How to Access

  1. Navigate to the Recurring Charges screen.
  2. Locate the 'Show Only Active' checkbox at the top of the screen.
  3. Check the box to filter for active charges only.
  4. Uncheck the box to return to the default view showing all charges.
