How to Use the Recurring Research Tool

You can access the Recurring Research tool from either the Customer List Icon or the Reports Icon.

This tool allows you to perform a detailed analysis of your customers' recurring charges by filtering on various fields.


Common Uses for Recurring Research

  • Promoting Autopay: A common use is to identify customers with a billing method set to "Printer." This allows you to create a list of customers to contact and encourage them to switch to autopay.

  • Reviewing Upcoming RMR Increases: You can use the "Next Increase" date range fields to review upcoming recurring monthly revenue (RMR) increases.


How to Generate a Report

  1. Select or enter the data you want to review using the available filters.

  2. Click Refresh.

  3. The tool will then provide a list based on your chosen filters.
