How to Run a Customer Recurring Audit Report

You can run a Customer Recurring Audit report to analyze recurring charges across your customer accounts.

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click the Customer Tab.

  3. Select Customer Recurring Audit.

  4. Choose the appropriate filters, such as Open accounts w/ active recurring versus Open accounts w/ and w/o recurring.

  5. Run the report to view the results.
