Overview
This guide explains how to disable statements for one or more customers in Cornerstone. You can suppress statements on an individual customer basis directly within the software, or request that statements be turned off globally for all customers in your company by contacting Cornerstone.
This article is intended for alarm dealer administrators who manage customer billing settings in Cornerstone.
Option 1 — Turn Off Statements for a Single Customer
Use these steps to suppress statements for an individual customer record.
- Open the Customer List. From the main Cornerstone screen, navigate to the Customer List.
- Open the customer record. Double-click the customer, or highlight the customer and click Change.
- Check the 'No Statement' checkbox. In the Customer Maintenance screen, locate the No Statement checkbox above the customer name field and place a check in it.
- Save the change. Click OK to apply and save.
The screenshot below shows the No Statement checkbox highlighted in the Customer Maintenance screen for reference.

Option 2 — Turn Off Statements for All Customers (Company Default)
If you want statements disabled by default for all customers in your company, this setting is controlled at the company level by Cornerstone — it cannot be toggled from within the software yourself.
Contact Cornerstone with your request and our team will toggle statements OFF for your company.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
The company-level default change cannot be made by your team directly in the software. You must contact Cornerstone to have this toggle applied to your account. Use the contact details below to reach our Customer Success team.
