Overview
The recurring invoice form, which has a similar look to what is sent from our mail house, is now multi-page friendly. This enhancement ensures that invoices and statements with multiple charges display properly across multiple pages.
What's New?
Recurring invoices are often a single page, but sometimes can be more than one page depending on the number of recurring charges. Statements can also span multiple pages. The CORNER2 (Cornerstone's remittance address) or DEALER2 (your local address) forms now allow for multiple pages.
Form Layout Changes
The updated forms include the following improvements:
Header Section
- The top of the form has a slightly different appearance with fewer lines
- More streamlined and professional look
Page Layout
- Page 1 - Contains the remittance coupon
- Subsequent Pages - Invoice line items or the list of past due invoices will break to multiple pages as needed
- Summary Box - The total amount due box appears at the end of the detail lines
Do You Need to Make Changes?
If you currently use CORNER2 or DEALER2 forms as defaults:
- You need to do nothing
- This is the automatic replacement form
If you currently use the original DEALER or CORNER form:
- The original forms do not look like the recurring invoices we mail out
- The new CORNER2/DEALER2 forms offer a cleaner, more consistent look
- Contact us if you would like to change your default invoice form
Testing the New Forms
You can test the new multi-page invoice format by:
- Printing an invoice
- Choosing form2 from the form selection options
This allows you to preview the new layout before making it your default.
Benefits
The multi-page invoice forms provide:
- Consistent appearance with mailed invoices
- Better handling of accounts with many recurring charges
- Professional presentation across all pages
- Improved readability for customers
