Overview
This article explains the multi-page enhancement to the CORNER2 and DEALER2 recurring invoice forms in Cornerstone Billing Solutions. Recurring invoices and statements that span multiple pages now display properly across all pages, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance whether printed in-house or mailed through our mail house.
What's New
Recurring invoices are often a single page, but can span more than one page depending on the number of recurring charges. Statements can also span multiple pages. The CORNER2 (Cornerstone's remittance address) and DEALER2 (your local address) forms have been updated to fully support multiple pages.
Form Layout Changes
The updated forms include the following improvements:
Header Section
The top of the form has a slightly different appearance with fewer lines, giving it a more streamlined and professional look.
Page Layout

| Page 1 | Contains the remittance coupon |
| Subsequent Pages | Invoice line items or the list of past due invoices will break to multiple pages as needed |
| Summary Box | The total amount due box appears at the end of the detail lines |
Do You Need to Make Changes?
If You Currently Use CORNER2 or DEALER2 Forms
No action is required. The updated multi-page form is the automatic replacement — your default form has already been updated.
If You Currently Use the Original CORNER or DEALER Forms
The original forms do not match the look of the recurring invoices Cornerstone mails out. The new CORNER2 and DEALER2 forms offer a cleaner, more consistent appearance. Contact us if you would like to change your default invoice form to CORNER2 or DEALER2.
Testing the New Forms
You can preview the new multi-page invoice format before making it your default by following these steps:
- Print an invoice from the customer account as you normally would.
- Choose form2 from the form selection options.
This allows you to preview the new layout without changing your current default form setting.
