RMR Tracking Report - Summary by Service Codes

Overview

The RMR Tracking report now gives you a snapshot of your Recurring Monthly Revenue Total and a Summary by Service Codes, providing valuable insights into your revenue breakdown.


What's New?

When you run the RMR Tracking Report, the final page of the report will now give you a complete breakdown of all the Recurring Charges Service Codes used within the specified timeframe.


Understanding the Report Summary

The summary page displays three key revenue metrics for each Service Code:

Ending RMR

  • Definition: Active recurring revenue that has already been invoiced
  • What it shows: Current billed recurring charges
  • Use for: Understanding your invoiced revenue by service type

Future RMR

  • Definition: Active recurring revenue that has yet to be invoiced
  • What it shows: Scheduled recurring charges not yet billed
  • Use for: Forecasting upcoming revenue by service type

Total Active RMR

  • Definition: The sum of Ending RMR + Future RMR
  • What it shows: Complete picture of all active recurring revenue
  • Use for: Overall revenue analysis by service type
