Overview

Do you know what your RMR Growth and Attrition was for the past year? The RMR Tracking Report provides comprehensive data to help you analyze and track your recurring business performance over time.

What is the RMR Tracking Report?

The RMR Tracking Report can be generated in "attrition mode" for select periods of time to see a summary by month or for individual months to give you the account level detail for changes in your RMR.

Example: Sample Co – RMR Attrition Analysis for dates DEC 01, 2020 to NOV 30, 2024, showing Summary RMR Total $ for the Period.

What Information Does the Report Provide?

The Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) Tracking Report gives you all of the data that you need to track your recurring business from month to month. It provides:

  • Beginning RMR - The Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) at the beginning of the month
  • New RMR Added - New RMR added in the month and tells you if it is RMR for a new customer or additional RMR for an existing customer
  • Stopped RMR - RMR charges stopped that month, identifying whether the charge stopped because the customer account is cancelled or if it's a stopped charge in an ongoing recurring customer
  • Incremental Changes - Incremental increases and decreases to the RMR amounts during the month
  • Same-Month Changes - Any recurring charges that start and stop in the same month
  • Unchanged Charges - The recurring charges that had no changes to them during the month
