How to Void a Duplicate Payment

Overview

If you have identified a duplicate payment on your account, you will need to contact Cornerstone Billing Solutions directly to request a void. Duplicate payments cannot be voided from within the customer portal — our Customer Success team will handle the process on your behalf.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

You are unable to void a duplicate payment yourself. To request a payment to be voided, you must contact Cornerstone directly using one of the options below.

How to Request a Void

To request that a duplicate payment be voided, please reach out to our Customer Success team using one of the following contact options:

  1. Email: Send an email to customer.success@alarmbills.com.
  2. Phone: Call Cornerstone at 847-405-9517 x1.
