To review the details of a refund, you can check the support notes associated with the customer's account. This article walks you through locating and reading the relevant support note.

Steps to Review a Refund

  1. Open the Support Notes. From the customer account, click on Support Notes.

  2. Select the relevant support note. Highlight and select, or double-click, the relevant support note.


  3. Review the refund details. Read through the support note to find the details of the refund.
