How do I access my Recurring Charges?
Your recurring charges are accessible directly from your customer account dashboard. Once logged in, navigate to Recurring Charges to see a full list of all charges associated with your account.
- Log in to your customer account.
- From the dashboard, navigate to and click on Recurring Charges.
How do I view the details of a specific recurring charge?
From the Recurring Charges list, you can select any charge to view its full details. Follow the steps below to open a specific charge record.
- In the list of charges, highlight and select the specific charge you want to view.
- Click View to open the details of the selected charge.
How do I view autopay transaction details for a recurring charge?
If a recurring charge is set up with autopay, you can access the full transaction data through the edit icon within the charge detail view.
- Open the charge detail by following the steps in the section above.
- If the charge is set up with autopay, click the pencil icon to see the full data for that transaction.
How do I exit a charge record and return to the previous screen?
When you have finished reviewing a charge, you can close the detail view and return to the Recurring Charges list at any time.
- To exit and return to the previous screen, click Cancel.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
Clicking Cancel closes the charge detail view and returns you to the previous screen — it does not cancel the recurring charge itself.
