How to View and Cancel Recurring Charges


  1. Log in to your customer account.

  2. From the dashboard, navigate to and click on Recurring Charges.

  3. In the list of charges, highlight and select the specific charge you want to view.

  4. Click View to open the details of the selected charge.

  5. If the charge is set up with autopay, click the pencil icon to see the full data for that transaction.

  6. To exit and return to the previous screen, click Cancel.
