Using System Macros for Dynamic Content
System Macros are special fields that automatically populate with your company information when the email is sent.
Common System Macro Examples
- @SysName@ - Your company name
- @SysAddrFull@ - Your full physical address
- @SysPhone1@ - Your company phone number
- @SysPaymentURL@ - Will print www.Alarmpayments.com as part of the signature
When you use these macros in your phrase, they will be automatically replaced with the actual data when the email is sent.
Using Your Email Signature
Once created, the Phrase can be used any time you email a quote.
If you've used System Macro fields, those fields will be populated automatically once the email is sent, ensuring your signature always contains current, accurate information.
