Overview
This article explains how to verify the date on which a customer's autopay will be posted. By reviewing the Post On field within the customer's Recurring Charges, you can quickly confirm when an autopay transaction is scheduled to process.
Steps to Verify the Autopay Post Date
- Open the customer's account and click Recurring Charges.
- Highlight and select the charge that is set to autopay.
- Review the date listed in the "Post On" field — this is the date the autopay will be posted.
