This guide explains how to print an Alarmpayments.com invoice advertisement (AD) from a customer account in Cornerstone Billing Solutions. Use this process when you need to deliver an invoice with an Alarmpayments.com AD attached — whether by printing locally, emailing directly to the customer, or sending to Cornermail, the Cornerstone print house.
You will need access to the relevant customer account and the specific invoice you wish to print before beginning.
Steps to Print an Invoice with an Alarmpayments.com AD
Follow the steps below to locate the invoice, select the Alarmpayments.com advertisement, and print or deliver the invoice.
- Navigate to the customer account. Open the relevant customer record in the system.
- Click Invoice History. This opens the list of invoices associated with the account.
- Highlight and select the invoice. Click on the specific invoice you wish to print.
- Click the Magnifying Glass for ADS. This opens the advertisement selection lookup.
- Select the Alarmpayments.com AD. Choose the Alarmpayments.com advertisement from the list presented.
- Click Print. This opens the Print Options screen.
- Click the 'Send To' dropdown and select your delivery method.Choose from the available options:
- Print (mail locally) — prints to your local printer for mailing in-house
- Email — sends the invoice directly to the customer by email
- Cornermail — sends the invoice to the Cornerstone print house for fulfilment
- Click Print Invoice. Initiates the invoice output process.
- Click Print. Confirms and completes the print or delivery action.
