This article explains how to verify the last four digits of the credit card or bank account associated with a customer's autopay setup. This is useful for confirming which payment method is on file without exposing full account details.

Steps to Verify Autopay Payment Details

Follow the steps below to locate the last four digits of the card or bank account used for a customer's autopay recurring charge.

  1. Open the customer account. Navigate to the relevant customer account in the system.
  2. Click Recurring Charges. Locate and select the Recurring Charges section within the customer account.



  3. Highlight the recurring charge set to autopay. Click on the specific recurring charge that has autopay enabled.


  4. Review the Billing Method fields. The last four digits of the credit card or bank account will appear in the Billing Method fields.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Only the last four digits of the payment method are displayed. Full card or account numbers are never stored or shown in the system.
