Overview
If you have the email address stored as part of the Central Station information, you can email updates from a subscriber account to the Central Station. Simply click on the Correspondence Log button on the Customer Record and then on the Central Station Notice button.
How to Send Central Station Notices
Enter the information you wish to email. If you include any sensitive information for that subscriber account, be sure to zip and password protect the email before sending! Your communication to the Central will be recorded in the Correspondence Log.
When to Use This Feature
This is valuable if Cornerstone is not integrated with your Central Station for communicating subscriber data. This can be helpful even if you are set up for API integration and you want all changes made at the Central.
