How to Search a Phone Number in the Customer List

1. Start the Search: From the Customer List, click the Searches Icon.

2. Select Phone Search: Click on Phone.

3. Enter Number: In the 'Customer Telephone Number' field, enter the full phone number, including the area code.

4. Execute Search: Click OK.

⚠️ Note on Results: If no customer data appears, the corresponding check may not be posted in the database. In this case, please instruct the customer to contact their bank to run a trace on the check.
