Using the CSV Viewer for Central Station Audit

Overview

The CSV Viewer allows you to download and view your Central Station Audit as a spreadsheet instead of a text document.

This enhancement makes it easier to read, search, and analyze your Central Station Audit data.

Accessing the CSV Viewer

Step 1: Navigate to the Report

Click on REPORTS > CUSTOMER > CENTRAL STATION AUDIT

Step 2: Choose Your View Option

You now have two options for viewing the Central Station Audit:

1. Globe icon - Download the Central Station Audit file
2. CSV icon - Display the data in CSV Viewer

Click the CSV icon to open the spreadsheet view directly in your browser.

Searching Within the CSV Viewer

The CSV Viewer includes powerful search capabilities to help you find specific information quickly.

Global Search

To search across all columns:

1. Type your search text into the search box
2. Click Refresh to show results

The global search will look for your search text in any column of the CSV file.

Column-Specific Search

To search within a specific column:

1. Enter your search text in the search box
2. Click the Column dropdown box
3. Select the specific column to search (e.g., site_name, site_addr1, etc.)
4. Click Refresh to show results

This allows you to narrow your search to specific data fields for more precise results.
