Handle Support Notes For Suppression Emails

Modified on Fri, 15 Aug at 4:37 PM

When you encounter an email bounce, the support note will help you identify the type of bounce and guide you on the next steps.

Bounce-Perm (Permanent Bounce)

This type of bounce indicates that the email address is invalid or no longer exists.

Action: Contact your customer to get a valid email address.

Bounce-Trans (Transient Bounce)

A transient bounce is temporary. This can be caused by a full inbox, a server being down, or sometimes by out-of-office replies that cause a delay. The email address itself is usually correct.

Action: Contact your customer to verify their address is correct. For more information, please call Cornerstone.
