How to Verify Part Printing on Invoices and Service Tickets

To ensure a specific part will print on invoices and service tickets, you need to check its settings in the Inventory List.

  1. Click Inventory.

  2. Select Inventory List.

  3. Double-click on the desired part from the list.

  4. Verify that both the "Print on Invoice" and "Print on Service Ticket" boxes are checked.
