CornerMail allows Cornerstone to mail all your invoices and letters, eliminating the need for stamps, paper, and stressful post office trips. With one click, we'll print, stuff, stamp, and mail for you.


How It Works

Mailing Invoices

When you're ready to print an invoice, you'll see new mailing options:

  • CornerMail - Send invoice via mail only
  • Email & CornerMail - Send invoice via both email and mail

Simple Process:

  1. Select CornerMail or Email & CornerMail
  2. Click Print
  3. The PDF invoice is created and uploaded to Cornerstone for mailing
  4. We handle everything: printing, stuffing, stamping, and mailing

Mailing Letters

CornerMail isn't just for invoices. You can also send letters using our Mail Merge tool.

Process:

  1. Use the Mail Merge tool to create your letter(s)
  2. Select CornerMail as the delivery method
  3. We take care of the rest

Whether you need to mail one letter or a batch of letters, CornerMail handles it all.


Pricing

Affordable and Simple:

  • $1.28 for 1 or 2 pages (same as our standard paper invoice charge)
  • Included as a line item on your month-end Recap statement
