Find Out Why there Is a Future Pay Date on Invoice

Overview

This guide explains how to view invoice and payment details for customer accounts, including accounts enrolled in autopay. If an account is on autopay, its invoice will appear as a future-posted PAID invoice in the invoice history.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

An invoice for an account on autopay will show as a future-posted PAID invoice in the invoice history. This is expected behavior and does not indicate an error.

Viewing Invoice and Payment Details

Follow the steps below to locate and review the invoice and payment details for a specific account.

  1. Navigate to the customer account.
  2. Select Invoice History.
  3. Highlight and select or double-click the specific invoice you want to view.
  4. Click Payments to review the details.
