Find Out Why there Is a Future Pay Date on Invoice

An invoice for an account on autopay will show as a future-posted PAID invoice in the invoice history.

Viewing Invoice and Payment Details

1. Navigate to the customer account.

2. Select Invoice History.

3. Highlight and select or double-click the specific invoice you want to view.

4. Click Payments to review the details.
