How to Send an Account to ARM Solutions

If you have an existing account with ARM Solutions, you can send a customer's account to them by adding a specific note to their record.

Follow these steps from the customer's account:

  1. Click Support Notes.

  2. Click Insert.

  3. Click Date Time Stamp.

  4. In the notes field, enter either:

    • "Please send account to ARM Phase 1"

    • OR "Please send account to ARM Phase 2"

  5. Click OK to save.
