Tag and Move Tickets to a New Date

Overview

You can tag and move tickets to a new date. Need to move more than 1 Ticket to a different date on the calendar?


How to Move Multiple Tickets

From the Calendar list view, select the tickets and click on Close/Move Button.

Select Move Tickets to Another Date and choose the new date.


What Gets Moved

Tickets and tech 2/3 ticket appointments will be moved as long as there is not a Completed date in the item.


Tracking Changes

You will receive a notification of the number of items moved. The ticket Notes section records that the ticket was moved.
