  • Updated Cornerstone to use new Knowledge base - New URL Support : Cornerstone Billing Solutions Help Desk

  • Customer Contracts Tip Sheet added. Go to Help > Tip Sheets. Then search for Contracts.

  • Security Administration - Utilities > Security Administration - Now shows if a user has mobile app access.



  • Calendar Reminders - Added the option to convert multiple reminders into tickets using tag feature.



  • Customer > Recurring Charge Profile - In rare instances when changing the billing method on an RMR charge to PRINTER, and the previous billing method was a credit card, and a user changes the billing method from PRINTER to another pay method could cause and error message to show - TEMP: Account Field Blank, Not Valid. Click OK. - Fixed

  • Cash Receipts Posting Screen - Added additional logging. Log record is written when a user changes CHECK DATE, CHECK NUMBER, and POST DATE.

  • Customer > Address Validation - USPS updated their API to new version. Updated Cornerstone to follow USPS API Guidelines.

  • Customer File Maintenance - Corrected address field tabbing order.

  • Ticket > Create Invoice > Undo Invoice - Issue with undo function not clearing all items correctly. Resulting in duplicate items. - Fixed

  • Set Company Header > Late Fees Setup - Dealer request to add additional tracking when users make changes to the late fee settings. See Report > Activity > User Log. For a record of changes made in the system.
