Overview
Did you know you can control what prints on a ticket? You can now streamline what shows on a ticket that you print or email by choosing what to include or exclude.
How It Works
When printing or emailing tickets, you can select which information to include. Your selections will be remembered for the next time you print or email a ticket, making your workflow more efficient.
Minimum Ticket Information
If you only select Print Company Letterhead, it prints a ticket with bare bones information:
- Your company name/address or logo
- Service location (where to be)
- Service date and time (when)
- Customer record contact information
Available Print Options
You can choose to include any of the following sections on your printed tickets:
Company and Contract Details
- Print your Company Letterhead - Shows name/address or logo
- Print Contract Information
- Print Authorization (Pre-Authorization)
Service Location Information
- Print Central Station info - Adds CS name and CS/# to this section
- Print Site Directions
- Print Special Instructions
- Print Customer Notes
Service Details
- Service Requested/Services Performed
- Print Zone Descriptions
- Print Customer Equipment List
- Print Service List - Items on the ticket
Work Documentation
- Materials List - Tech can write on the ticket
- Service History - Shows the account's service history
- Ticket Notes Tab - Can come from quotes or you can enter notes manually
- Print Labor Section - For the tech to record in/out time
- Print Timecard Section - For the tech to record in/out time from mobile app or entered through desktop app
Benefits
Customizing your tickets allows you to:
- Include only relevant information for each job
- Reduce paper waste and printing time
- Create cleaner, more professional-looking tickets
- Tailor tickets to specific service types
