How to Move a Recurring Charge to Another Account

Overview

This article explains how to move a recurring charge from one customer account to another. You can complete this process directly from the Recurring Charges tab on any customer account.

Steps to Move a Recurring Charge

  1. Open the Recurring Charges tab. From the customer account, navigate to the Recurring Charges tab.
  2. Select the charge. Highlight and select the charge you want to move.

  3. Confirm the move. Click Yes when prompted to confirm the move.


  4. Open the account search. Click the magnifying glass next to the Account field.



  5. Find the destination account. Search for and select the correct account.
  6. Complete the transfer. Click OK to move the charge.
