How to Move a Recurring Charge to Another Account

You can move a recurring charge from one customer account to another by following these steps:

  1. From the customer account, go to the Recurring Charges tab.

  2. Highlight and select the charge you want to move.

  3. Click the magnifying glass next to the Account field.

  4. Click Yes when prompted to confirm the move.

  5. Search for and select the correct account.

  6. Click OK to move the charge.
