How to Find Completed and Invoiced Tickets

You can find completed and invoiced tickets using either the Reports section or the Calendar's List View.

Method 1: Using Reports

  1. From the Reports section, click the Service/Parts Tab.

  2. Select Ticket Log.

  3. Enter the desired date range in the (closed) From and To parameters.

  4. Set the Job Status to "Completed".

  5. Click Run.

Method 2: Using the Calendar

  1. Click List View.

  2. Enter the Sch. Start and Sch. End dates.

  3. Select a Status of "Closed".

  4. Click Refresh.

  5. Invoiced tickets will have an Invoice Icon in Column I.
