What Questions Can It Answer?
The Service Analytics Dashboard helps you find answers to critical business questions:
- Which tickets were scheduled but never completed?
- How many days did it take from the date we received a service request to the date the service was completed?
- How many tickets did a specific technician (e.g., 'John Smith') complete during a given time period?

How to Access the Dashboard
The Service Analytics Dashboard can be accessed from two locations:
- Ticket Selection List - Click the Analytics button
- Calendar of Appointments - Click the Analytics button
Enabling This Feature
Important: This feature must be enabled for your user ID before you can access it.
To request access:
- Contact your system administrator
- Have them submit a request to Cornerstone Customer Service
- We'll enable the feature for your user ID
