Overview

Reviewing tickets for Related Accounts just got easier with new dashboard columns and search capabilities. This enhancement helps you manage service tickets across linked accounts more efficiently.


What Are Related Accounts?

The Related Accounts field allows you to link multiple accounts together as a unit. Common examples include:

  • Multiple physical locations under one management company or ownership
  • Feeder roll-up accounts with consolidated Master billing
  • Any group of accounts that need to be managed together

New Dashboard Features

Accessing the Tickets Dashboard

Open the Tickets Dashboard by clicking on the Tickets icon.

New Columns Available

The Ticket Dashboard's Ticket List now includes two new columns:

  • Related Account - Displays the related account number
  • Service Requested (Description) - Shows the service description

Customizable Column Layout

You can reorder columns to suit your workflow:

  1. Point to the column header row
  2. Right-click to access column options
  3. Arrange columns so Account Number and Related Account Number are next to each other for easier comparison

Related Account Search

The Related Act search field provides powerful filtering:

  • Enter a related account number directly
  • Select one from the list
  • The list honors other filter selections you've made on the screen, making it easy to narrow down results
