How to Add a Purchase Order (PO) to a Service Ticket

You can add a purchase order number to a service ticket from within a customer's account.

  1. From the customer account, click the Appt/Svc History Tab.

  2. Select the Ticket.

  3. Under the 'Schedule' Tab, locate the Customer PO field.

  4. Enter the PO number here.
