You can reassign a ticket to a new customer from the main Ticket Icon or from within an existing customer's account.
Method 1: From the Ticket Icon
Click the Ticket Icon.
Highlight the ticket you want to reassign.
Click Reassign.
Click the magnifying glass icon to search for the new customer.
Double-click or click Select on the customer's name.
Click OK.
Method 2: From Within a Customer's Account
From inside the customer's account, click the Apt/Svc History tab.
Click the Tickets Tab.
Highlight the ticket you want to reassign.
Click Reassign Ticket.
Click the magnifying glass icon to search for the new customer.
Double-click or click Select on the customer's name.
Click OK.
