You can move a ticket and its associated equipment to a different customer account from the Tickets Dashboard.
Go to the Tickets Dashboard.
Highlight the ticket you want to move.
Click "Reassign".
Enter the destination account number or use the magnifying glass to search for the account.
Review the checkboxes for the items you want to move (e.g., equipment).
Click OK to complete the ticket reassignment.
If you selected to move equipment, a pop-up window will appear. Select the specific equipment to move.
Click OK to complete the process.
