How to Create Holiday Appointments

Overview

Cornerstone allows you to create Holiday Appointments to block off technician schedules for company holidays. This ensures technicians are not scheduled for work during designated holidays.


Creating a Holiday Appointment

Step 1: Select Technicians

Tag the applicable technicians who will be off for the holiday.

Step 2: Insert Appointment

  1. Click Insert
  2. Select Appointment For Tagged Techs
  3. Click Yes when prompted

Step 3: Default Settings

The appointment automatically defaults from 6 AM - 6 PM across the board for all selected technicians.

This blocks the entire workday for the holiday.


Holiday Appointment Color

The default color assigned to HOLIDAY appointments is yellow, but this can be customized.

If you'd like to change the color, contact Cornerstone for assistance.
