Service Ticket Tabs Update - New Reference and Timecard Summary Tabs

Overview

Service ticket tabs have been expanded with two new dedicated tabs to improve organization and make information easier to find.

Fields have been moved from the Service Scheduled tab to new, specialized tabs for better workflow.


What's Changed

New Tab 1: Reference Tab

The Reference tab now contains:

  • Reference No.
  • Customer PO
  • Hourly Rate
  • Est. Revenue
  • Est. Mins

Previously: These fields were located on the Service Scheduled tab.

New Tab 2: Timecard Summary Tab

The Timecard Summary tab now contains:

  • Timecard Summary information

Previously: This information was located on the Service Scheduled tab.

These changes provide:

  • Better organization - Related fields are grouped together logically
  • Improved workflow - Easier to find specific information quickly
  • Cleaner interface - Reduced clutter on individual tabs
  • More efficient data entry - Dedicated spaces for reference and timecard information
