Print Timecards on Service Tickets

Overview

You can now print timecards directly on service tickets. This new feature allows you to include timecard information along with the standard fill-in time sheet when printing service tickets or work orders.


How to Print Timecards on Tickets

Step 1: Open a Service Ticket / Work Order

Step 2: Enter timecard information for one or more technicians

Step 3: Click Print / Email Ticket

Step 4: Check the box for Print Timecard Section

Step 5: The timecard will be printed on the service ticket


What This Includes

When you print the timecard section, the service ticket will display:

  • Timecard information for all entered technicians
  • Standard fill-in time sheet (still available)
  • Complete service ticket details
